Emotion Regulation Group at OSU
The Psychological Services Center at OSU invites interested individuals to join our Emotion Regulation group this upcoming fall. It is common for people to experience difficulty managing their natural moods. The Emotion Regulation group is designed to help people understand why they feel the way they do and communicate their emotions more effectively to others.
Participation will consist of weekly evening meetings running from mid-September to mid-November and involves a fee based on a sliding scale. Please call 405-744-5975 and ask for Ellen or Greg for more details.
