January 16th 2013 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Oklahoma State University Student Union Little Theater
Essentially what we've got going on is a student-organized, Oklahoma State-themed MLK Program. We'll have OSU professors/faculty and local pastors as speakers, hear from a gospel choir, show clips of some of King's speeches, and have presentations by different OSU student organizations. At the end, we'll bring all of our speakers back up on-stage to form a panel, and we'll have an open-floor discussion about the ideas discussed during the event.
The goal is to celebrate & discuss MLK's legacy, with special emphasis on how Dr. King's dream is relevant to us as students Oklahoma State
