5210 are numbers to live by. They stand for 5 or more fruits and veggies, 2 hours or less of screen time, 1 hour of more of physical activity, and 0 sugary drinks.
Join us in celebrating the 5210 message at a fun, free, family event at the Myriad Gardens in Oklahoma City on Sunday, October 7th from 12pm-4pm. There will be fun activities for the entire family including: outdoor games and activities, plant giveaways,and a coloring contest. Also, learn how to pack a healthy lunch, make baby food, and help kids make healthy parfaits. There will be giveaways such as t-shirts, kites, bookmarks, water bottles, frisbees, tote bags, and silly bands.
