Ted Cruz plans two public events in Tulsa and Oklahoma City this week, as part of his "Cruz Country Christmas Tour."
Cruz will visit The Mabee Center on the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa on Wednesday morning. The event is described as a Christmas celebration with Oklahoma's U.S. Rep. Jim Bridenstine. The event kicks off at 9 a.m.
Later on Wednesday, Cruz will hold a rally at Oklahoma City Community College's main building atrium. That event starts at 1:30 p.m.
Both events are open to the public, but attendees must RSVP.
This is Cruz's second campaign stop in Oklahoma - he made stops in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Bartlesville in August.
Republican presidential candidates Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, Marco Rubio, and Donald Trump each made stops in Oklahoma this fall. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited Tulsa two weeks ago.
