In This Week in Oklahoma Politics, KOSU's Michael Cross talks with ACLU Oklahoma Executive Director Ryan Kiesel and Republican Political Consultant Neva Hill about the weekly news concerning Robert Bates accused of shooting and killing an unarmed, restrained black man and the link by the Oklahoma Geological Survey between injection wells and earthquakes.

The trio also discuss Right to Farm legislation passing through the capitol and a Constitutional Convention Amendment which failed as well as a judges decision allowing Norman Music Festival goers to bring weapons.
