Human Transit: Symposium on the Future of Regional Public Transportation

February 26th 2013 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Farmers Public Market

Alliance for Public Transportation and OKC Councilman Dr. Ed Shadid are bringing international consultant in public transit network design and policy Jarrett Walker to Oklahoma City for a symposium on the future of public transportation in Central Oklahoma. The symposium, free and open to the public, will take place on Tuesday, February 26 at the Oklahoma City Farmer’s Public Market from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Jon is also an adjunct teacher at the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma. He played guitar in the Flaming Lips back in the day and has met and interviewed practically every band alive.
