Spirituality and End of Life Care

Free Workshop: Spirituality and End of Life Care, featuring Telly award winning video.
How do spirituality issues emerge during an illness, and how can they complicate or facilitate end-of-life care and grief?
Interested people are invited to attend a workshop centering on Spirituality and End-of-Life Care, hosted by Grand Lake Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Rivers of Life meeting building at 488 Industrial Road A in Grove, to look at this important issue.
The program may qualify for 3 contact hours of CEU’s or for a certificate of attendance for: Case Managers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Clergy, Counselors, Home Health Aides, Nurses, Nursing Home Administrators and Social Workers.
There is no cost for attendance and Grand Lake Funeral Home is providing lunch; however seating is very limited, so please contact Chaplain Lee Hilliard at (918) 541-9325 or preferably lee.hilliard@legacyhospoce.net by January 15th to reserve a seat.
