Dr. Dorothy Young Riess in Concert

April 28th 2013 - 7:30pm

Dr. Dorothy received a degree in Organ Performance from the University of Oklahoma in 1952, and had a successful concert career. She returned to OU and received an MD degree in 1969. She practiced Internal Medicine for 30 years in Pasadena, CA. After retiring she resumed her concert career in 2004.
She is in great demand as a recitalist and workshop presenter on “Living Well in the Golden Years.” At this concert, she will perform works by Bach, Howells, Lizst, Karg-Elert and others. Tickets will be available at the door. A reception follows the concert.
