Rebuild Joplin's MLK Day of Service 24 hour build

January 21st 2013 12:00am - 12:00am at Rebuild Joplin Office

In response to the Presidential call to service in honor of Martin Luther King Day, Rebuild Joplin will be hosting a 24-hour build from 12:01am to 11:59pm on Monday, January 21, 2013 with volunteer opportunities available in 6 four-hour blocks throughout the day.

Openings to volunteer are still available for the 12:01am-4am, 4am-8am, and 8pm-11:59pm blocks.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, is an official National Day of Service, and the only federal holiday observed as a national day of service. This is a “day on, not a day off.” It calls for Americans from all walks of life to work together to provide solutions to our most pressing national problems.

To volunteer, email volunterer@rebuildjoplin.org.
