BJ SMITH ART AUCTION

December 8th 2012 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Gardiner Art Gallery

More than 50 Artworks designated from the personal estate of deceased Oklahoma State University Art Department Faculty member Billy Joe Smith (1932-2012) are being auctioned to raise dollars to benefit the B.J. Smith Endowed Scholarship fund for students in the Department of Art, Graphic Design and Art History at Oklahoma State University.

On Saturday, December 8, from 5-7 p.m., a reception and display of the auctioned artworks will take place in Stillwater at the OSU Gardiner Art Gallery located in the Bartlett Center, with final bidding ending at 6:30 p.m.. To help jumpstart the scholarship auction it is possible to view and pre-bid on objects through an online site available through the OSU Art Department website: art.okstate.edu Just go to the blogsite link and click on an image to start the bidding process.
