APT Lunch meeting/Downtown College Tuesday Topics Seminar

November 20th 2012 12:00pm - 1:00pm at Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library

The Oklahoma Alliance for Public Transportation (APT) will hold its next lunch in conjunction with the Downtown College’s Tuesday Topics Seminar series from 12:00 to 1:00 on November 20 at the Norick Downtown Library, 300 Park Avenue, in the Friends Room on the 4th floor.

The luncheon seminar will feature a planning update on the downtown rail streetcar, which is expected to start running in five years. Streetcar planning consultant Jim Robertson of Jacobs Engineering will offer a presentation, along with comments from the staff of the MAPS3 Project Office and the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority and METRO Transit.

The lunch is sponsored by APT and hosted by the OKC Downtown College. Tuesday Topics seminars are free and lunch is provided courtesy of APT. If you would like a lunch, please RSVP to 405.232.3382 or at info@downtowncollege.com by 10 a.m., Monday, November 19.
