Preservation Oklahoma, Inc. will be hosting Oklahoma’s Cultural Fabric: Using Preservation to Grow and Sustain our Communities and Heritage. This day-long symposium will feature historic preservation leaders as well as representatives from Oklahoma agencies that have successfully demonstrated how preservation has strengthened Oklahoma communities. Topics include the role of preservation in community revitalization efforts; the education of preservation leaders; the importance of historic schools; and historic preservation from a tribal perspective.
