OSU Psychological Services Center Emotion Regulation Group

January 31st 2013 7:00am - 9:00pm at OSU Psychological Services Center

The Psychological Services Center at OSU invites interested individuals to join our Emotion Regulation group this upcoming spring. It is common for people to experience difficulty managing their natural moods. The Emotion Regulation group is designed to help people understand why they feel the way they do and communicate their emotions more effectively to others.

Participation will consist of weekly meetings running from mid-February to mid-April and involves a fee based on a sliding scale. If you believe you would be interested in participating in such a group, or would like more information, please contact our staff at (405) 744-5975
