On Tap: KOSU Previews the Legislative Session

January 23rd 2013 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Picasso Cafe

As lawmakers return to Oklahoma City next month, they face some interesting challenges. Early estimates indicate they’ll have more money to spend than they have in several years. So, does this mean it’s time for the tax cut the governor promised last year or that it’s time to give raises to teachers and state employees and catch up on some infrastructure expenses the state delayed in leaner budget times? We’re interested in your ideas, and we’ll hear from Neva Hill and Ryan Kiesel, KOSU’s commentators from our weekly Oklahoma politics segment. Join us for On Tap, Wednesday, January 23rd at 6 p.m. at Picasso’s Café in Oklahoma City’s Paseo Arts District.
