Namron Players 24hr Play

July 7th 2012 8:00pm - 9:00pm at Marc Heitz Community Complex

Price: 5.00

The Namron Players Theatre will be developing and producing an original play within a 24-hour time span. The companyâ??s creative team will meet at 8pm on Friday, July 6th to collaborate and write a play from scratch. During the following 24 hours, the team will use non-traditional techniques to create a play that will be performed at 8pm, Saturday, July 7th at the outdoor amphitheater located in the Marc Heitz Community Complex.

Colin Ryan, a Founding Member of the Namron Players, believes that an environment where many different people with varied skills are brought together to share their ideas towards a common goal can yield valuable results, and has decided to organize an event to utilize this method and create a show. Ryan will select a team which will create all aspects of the play in 24 hours, and everyone is welcome to attend the culminating performance. Admission is just $5 at the amphitheater.
