Continuous Present Tense

October 4th 2013 - 7:00pm

The Living Arts Performance Committee presents Continuous Present-Tense, a multimedia performance event featuring the work of diverse artists from all over the world. Artists will convene on Friday, October 4th at the Tulsa Living Arts Gallery in downtown Tulsa to explore what it means for a live piece of art to be continually in the present tense. Artists will attempt to transcend the limitations inherent in live art by means of documentation and replication. The Oklahoma Dance Film Festival will simultaneously be displaying their winning submissions throughout the gallery as a cooperative exploration of the continuous present tense. Doors will open at 6:30 pm, with performances occurring at 7:00 pm and repeating at 9:30 pm. Admission is $7 for non-members and $5 for members.
