Business For Breakfast
Crafting a Business That Works for You
Successful business startups aren’t always traditional businesses. In fact, some of the most successful businesses were once ideas that few thought would work.
When the co-founders of COOP Ale Works formulated the idea of opening a craft-beer brewery in Oklahoma City, they focused on creating a quality local beer that would appeal to customers looking for something better than the average brew. Now with six signature beers and several seasonal blends, this brewery is making it big.
Daniel Mercer, COOP Ale Works co-founder, will share secrets of the company’s success and will offer practical information for budding entrepreneurs and established small business owners. With a solid background in business and venture capital, Mercer knows more than the beer business. He has helped more than 450 companies through the startup or expansion process and specializes in technology transfer, strategy development, tax credit and capital structures, financial modeling and operations management.
