The Buddha Mind Zen Meditation and Buddhism classes can free your mind and life! Do you feel unfocused or discontent at times? How long has it been since you experienced a calm mind and heard your inner voice? Joining Buddha Mind’s free meditation class will help you to enjoy your life and find serenity within. Two class options are provided for beginners: every Tuesday starting January 10th – March 28th, 10:00AM - 12:00 PM; or evening 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Each class will consist of instructed meditation practice in the first hour and a lecture on Buddhist principles in the second hour. Through Zen meditation classes, we can practice to reflect inward into our own minds to develop an insight into reality, and thereby gain true wisdom to deal with life’s different situations. The long-lasting peace and joy will be always with us.
