At the opening, Anna Canoni, granddaughter of Woody Guthrie, and Tiffany Colannino Woody Guthrie Archivist, will share the fascinating story of “The Live Wire: Woody Guthrie in Performance 1949.” After its discovery and painstaking restoration, “The Live Wire,” a live audio recording of Woody and Marjorie Guthrie in performance, received a Grammy Award in 2007.
