Artistry In Wood

October 27th 2012 9:00am - 4:00pm at Hobbies, Arts & Crafts Bldg, State Fairgrounds, OKC, OK

The 46 Annual "ARTISTRY IN WOOD" show & sale, featuring American Craftsmanship in wood will be held State Fair Park in Oklahoma City, October 27 and 28. The Oklahoma City Woodcarving Club presents the work of local and regional Artisans in the Hobbies, Arts and Crafts Building exhibiting and demonstrating their wood carving, turning and scroll saw art. Children will be provided free instruction in soap carving. A Whittling Contest will be held. The show is open to the public, admission is $4 for adults, children are free. Show hours are 9 to 5 on Saturday and 11 to 4 on Sunday. Additional information is available at okcarver.org or by calling 405-255-6168
