After the huge success of last years event, the call was again sent out to local visual and spoken word artists to take the V.O.I.C.E agenda of issues and create compelling works of art. On March 7, 2013 at the IAO Gallery (706 W. Sheridan) 5:30-8:30pm the public is invited to view the results in the show Breaking the Rules II: Art, Religion, & Politics (in polite conversation, of course).
