Human rights advocate Jody Williams will give a presentation at Oklahoma City University as part of the Distinguished Speakers Series. The presentation is free to the public.Williams� speech is titled �Human Security or National Security in an Insecure World?� She will discuss the importance of both human and national security, and whether one is more important than the other when there are no guarantees of peace or stability.
