The one day workshops are sponsored by STARS, a program by InvestEd, a partnership of the Oklahoma Securities Commission and the University of Oklahoma Outreach.
Teachers will experience hands-on training and learn how to implement financial and investment content to supplement existing curriculum. Teachers receive and review numerous free resources.
All teachers of all curriculum areas are welcome. REQUIREMENTS: teachers must teach grades 9-12 in Oklahoma secondary schools or Technology Centers, and must plan to teach financial education if not already doing so.
