This exhibition examines issues related to the practice of veiling in Islamic culture. It features 29 artists including videographers, filmmakers, and new media artists, as well as painters, sculptors, performance and installation artists. Each redefines the veil in its numerous manifestations and interpretations, and put the veil and veiling into context.
