Mediation: A Win-Win for Business Relationships

Just because you own a small business, it doesn't mean that you are free from big business problems. From neighboring businesses, employees, customers, vendors and business partners, conflict can occur regardless of the size of your company. However, you don’t have to let a bad situation lead to legal action or the courts.

Join Sue D. Tate, Alternative Dispute Resolution System Director for the Oklahoma Supreme Court, for a session on mediation for the small business owner. Tate will discuss what mediation is, its benefits, how it can be used as an alternative to small claims court and how to find a qualified mediator.
March 21 | 7:30 am | Room 104
