The Oklahoma City Chapter of Fiber Artists of Oklahoma will meet at 7 pm, Thursday, October 11, at Belle Isle Library. Norman artist Heather Clark Hilliard will share her summer, 2012 experience working with natural dyes at the Penland School of Craft in North Carolina.Anyone interested in the fiber arts is welcome, regardless of skill level.
