An Entrepreneurial JourneyEvery journey begins with a single step. The hardest step is often the decision to venture into the unknown world of becoming an entrepreneur.
When Dr. Doug Fort left his teaching and research position at Oklahoma State University to start his own business, there wasn't a clear-cut guarantee that everything would work out. Doug and his wife Deanne decided to chart their own course, established Fort Environmental Labs and moved into the MTC Business Incubator in 2001. Fast-forward 10 years and their company now serves clients such as DuPont, Eli Lilly and Company, Pepsi and S.C. Johnson.
Along the way Fort's company experienced setbacks but ultimately found success. Hear Doug discuss his journey and learn tips on how you can forge your own path toward becoming a successful entrepreneur.
