Next week, dozens of Oklahoma musicians will head down to Austin, Texas for the South by Southwest Music Festival. One of those musicians is 21-year-old Purcell native Parker Millsap.

At an age when many are figuring out who they are and what they want to do, Millsap is exactly where he wants to be.
