Absolutely beautiful! Saw them at the Pow wow in DC for the inauguration and so proud of these young Native women. Had to send a pic of the ladies to my friend who is in Afghanistan. Thank you!!

What a wonderful and inspirational group of women. Thank you all for your service and for the honor that you bring to not only native women, but to all women and all women warriors. I am so glad that I saw the parade and learned of these noble women. I am proud of them and hope the group grows and that more women warrior honor guard groups (both native and non-native) are started across the country.

The sight of the American Indian Women's Honor Guard brought tears to my eyes and a jump in my heart, all because of its beauty and the pride I felt for all of us who were watching. Stay strong!!

I am a native woman that served in viet nam in the USMC. I was maned war woman at our local pow wow in 2004. I hold this honor high cause when I came home I spit on and called names. Finally we are come into our own..
