When it comes to regulation, what now?

Filed by Ben Allen in Feature.
November 16, 2012

All this week, regulation and its effect on businesses has been our focus at KOSU. From “Hours of Service” regulations requiring more rest for truckers, to confusion between agencies regulating child care, we’ve spotlighted how some businesses deal with the government.

But here’s the dilemma…what makes sense for a business owner may not make sense for the consumer. Where’s the balance? What kind of big changes need to be made, if any? Or is it just a question of better coordination? A lot of questions, and not a whole lot of answers. This is where we hope you come in. Let us know in the comments, and we might get your thoughts on air.
