Not only were they just found guilty of defrauding New York City and the Federal Government out of tens of millions of dollars with fraudulent billing practices, but they were the company responsible for the crane collapse in midtown Manhattan by not securing it during Hurricane Sandy, as well as responsible for the Deutsche Bank fire.
