<description>Mitt Romney&#039;s refusal to specify his tax plan that will have an indelible impact on middle-income Americans was the beginning of my suspicions. However, now that I know that both he and Paul Ryan oppose the Lily Ledbetter Act (which serves to ensure that women are payed the same as men, as long as they are the doing the same work), oppose the right for gay Americans to have hospital visitation rights with their partners (even in fatal circumstances) as well as support a multi-trillion dollar increase in military spending (which the military has not asked for) despite the fact that we all want to move OUT of Iraq and OUT of Afghanistan has proved, without one doubt that he could quite possibly be, the worst choice for President we could ever make. I have patience for those frustrated with lack of progress, or disillusioned with their current circumstance, but we must all look at the facts - and realize that this man - has no intention of leading the United States into a stable and more fruitful future. The international community deplores him. He has the highest disapproval rating of a president-hopeful, of all time. Higher than Bush. That is not American. We should be proud to be American. We should be proud of our country. And right now, the world, and many Americans, are laughing at the fact that Romney has gotten as far as he has by manipulating and flip-flopping his way up the ladder. We are worth more than that.
