Sitting and waiting to go for a ride. That’s what a lot of the unrefined oil is doing in Cushing. It needs to get to refineries on the Gulf Coast. With news that the southern portion of Keystone XL will get built, there’s hope tanks could start to drain.
But in Part One of their four part collaboration with StateImpact Texas, StateImpact Oklahoma reports it may take more than a handful of pipelines.
