The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce held its annual meeting on Thursday with part of it discussing the future of the capitol city.
The event included national pollster John Zogby.
Zogby talked to the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce about the young people born between 1979 and 1993 as America’s first global citizens.
KOSU’s Michael Cross got a chance to sit down with the author in this exclusive interview at the Cox Convention Center.
The author of “The Way We Will Be” says his survey of young people around the country shows 61-percent hold active passports and 70-percent plan to travel abroad within the next five years.
And, he told the Chamber that 40-percent of those surveyed say they plan to live and work in a foreign country some time in their lives.
