Oklahoma hasn’t gone blue in a Presidential race since 1964, but Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney visited the state today. Romney’s trailing two rivals in the money race in Oklahoma: Texas Governor Rick Perry and President Obama.
So he held a big donor breakfast early this morning at the Jim Thorpe Museum in Oklahoma City. Then, in a public rally, Romney went after President Obama’s administration.
“They’ve got it all wrong. They’ve created uncertainty. We want certainty that believes in and will support American values and ideals and I do and I will get that done.”
Romney didn’t mention any of his Republican opponents in the ten minute speech, sticking to shots at President Obama’s policies.
