For a second day in a row, a contender for the Republican nomination for President makes a visit to Oklahoma.
Republican Presidential candidate Jon Huntsman toured the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in Oklahoma City on Tuesday.
The former Utah Governor spoke with researchers seeking new treatments for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
The former Ambassador to China says medical research and biotechnology can be catalysts for reigniting the powerful job creating engine of the economy.
Huntsman was in Oklahoma City to raise funds and support for his campaign.
On Monday, Texas Governor Rick Perry traveled to Tulsa and Oklahoma City to campaign and get an endorsement from Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe.
