Rain Driving Cattle Prices Up

Rainfall has slowly started to return to normal levels here in Oklahoma, but not enough to make much of a difference for cattle farmers. In fact, it’s actually driving cattle prices up, as farmers try to quickly get cows out and grazing. I talked to Derrell Peel, extension livestock marketing specialist at Oklahoma State University about the rain’s impact.
